More and more often our customers need to make fast productions with definitive material at competitive prices. To satisfy the multiple requests, for over 20 years we have consolidated a network of partners in China and other areas of Eastern Europe.
The prototype mold is a suitable solution for the production of small batches in plastic material; generally it is very convenient when the customer has no interest in buying the production equipment but needs a limited number of pieces (up to a few hundred) in 5/6 weeks.
A prototypal mold opens to many choices: from the first launch of a new product waiting for commercial feedback, to a pre-production waiting for definitive pieces that they delay in arriving, to a production to cover the replacement in warranty of spare parts or also because it is a limited edition of the product is and does not require subsequent productions.
The customer only buys the parts production without the mold that remains available for subsequent orders of molding for 12 months. We are equipped with an optical scanner to carry out the dimensional check on the pieces produced with relative dimensional report.
COESUM service always provides for the complete management of the project, from the design of the equipment to the molding. Through our mechanical workshop we can also follow subsequent processing on molded parts such as insert inserts, milling resumptions etc.
