Accura Clearvue clear resin is a material with similar properties to clear ABS with USP Class VI medical certification. It is also widely used in the lighting engineering field and for tests on automotive lighting.

Nylon sintering is mostly used for functional tests. Nylon powder can be filled with glass or 30% aluminum to increase thermal or mechanical performance.

Another technology used for functional tests is the Multi Jet Fusion always with PA12 material. The plastic prototypes made with this process are very similar to those obtained with sintering and are characterized by heat resistance up to 175 ° C, impermeability and a more compact appearance than sintering.

FDM Fused Deposition Modeling technology produces prototypes in final material via a nozzle. Our machine has a printing plate of 600X500X310; multiple materials can be printed including ASA, TPU, PA66, PA12 Carbon, PC, PC ABS, POM.
