Portfolio Description

Medical devices production companies decided to invest on the aesthetics of their equipment and in this Coesum Group is certainly a valid and efficient interlocutor. Our value is first of all in the experience gained in almost 20 years of activity in new products development or restyling. Our know-how focuses on the mechanical part, on what is defined in tailoring “the dress”, and how the best tailors we develop products with care, passion and attention to detail. Our value is also linked to the experience in production and rapid prototyping technologies. The productive elements and the target price are analyzed from the beginning by our designer Arch. Giovanni Annese who lives the daily life of the production processes and transfers all his experience in the projects he creates.

In Curves the initial will of the Architect Giovanni Annese was to develop a sinuous shape, with 4 light curves tapered towards the back and a seductive silhouette upwards. The inclined container was the result of a conscious choice to facilitate the display and use of the controls on the 8″ touch display. The container is composed of two parts: the main body and a frame that allows a color customization, as an alternative to this you can also evaluate the production in a single two-tone painted component.

In the central area of the front of the frame there is a plug for the probe; next to it there is a seat for the insertion of a card and immediately on the right the USB input. The whole upper area can be customized by silk-screen printing; the handpiece holder is designed to be made of plexiglass and the base to close the cover in carpentry. Both the container and the frame are designed to be produced by plastic injection molding.
